Forecast for 3/2 , 3/3, 3/4/2007

The National Weather Service has issued Winter Storm Advisory for our area this morning. The snow will continue to come down straight through the morning rush hour with some occasional sleet mixed in. The storm will start its changeover from snow and sleet to rain starting around 11 this morning as the temperatures will push above the freezing mark. The rain may be heavy at times today as this storm is a very moisture heavy storm. The high today will top out at 39 degrees. Total snow accumulations before the rain starts will be around 4-7 inches.

The bulk of the storm will clear out by this evening with just a few remnant rain and snow showers possible. Low this evening will be warm at 28 degrees, with a westerly 10 mph wind.

Saturday will see partly cloudy skies with a slight chance for a passing rain or snow shower. The high tomorrow will be 47 degrees, with an overnight low tomorrow night of 27 degrees.

Sunday will have more of the same as Saturday with partly cloudy skies and a high of 42.
