Forecast for 3/9, 3/10, 3/11/07:

The cold snap has finally broken today with a high getting up to 32 degrees. Today will see partly cloudy skies with increasing clouds toward the late afternoon. Winds light at 5-10 mph.

Mostly cloudy to night with a low only getting down to 21 degrees..

Tomorrow will be the start of the warming trend that we will have for the next several days. A system will make its way in to the area on Saturday bringing with it some rain showers. High tomorrow will be near 48 degrees with a nighttime low of 37. Rain amounts near a quarter of an inch possible.

Sunday will see more of the warm temperatures with a high expected near 50 degrees. The rain showers will taper off in the morning with clearing throughout the rest of the day. About a tenth of an inch expected to fall on Sunday. Low Sunday night near 26 degrees.

Next week looks even warmer with highs consistently topping out in the 50s.
